[ There's no note that comes with it, but Usopp is delivered a parcel which contains a pendant featuring a dragon wrapped around a black stone made of what is presumably silver. On closer inspection, the stone has a faint glow to it.

It also feels enchanted, and although Wrathion hasn't bothered to describe the enchantment it will slowly absorb chroma over time and use it up if he gets into trouble -- shielding him from a hit that would drop him to 0HP with a flare of spectral dragon wings! It will need time to recharge, after.

There's a small BP scratched onto the back of one of the wings. ]
