¬ EVENTS OF NOTE: Usopp arrived in Haven for the first time and was greeted by the presence of three crewmates who had been present for varying lengths of time (Nami only a couple of weeks, Zoro a few months, and Luffy longer than that). He explored his new surroundings very cautiously and met a few new faces. Nothing much of note, just settling in and trying to find a place to grow some man-eating plants.
¬ EVENTS OF NOTE: The crew welcomed Chopper back into their fold once again, thank god. Zoro vanished for one day to participate in the Strength tournament experiment: an all-out battle arena testing strength (go figure).
Usopp and Nami vanished to participate in the Adaptability experiment. They were given unfamiliar powers and a hunting knife. Both made it through the first tournament (fighting mannequins) and the second tournament (capture the poisoned flag basically), but were killed in the third (a kill or be killed arena with all the other subjects). Nami first, Usopp second.
Hence that last link full of heart-punches though the other event threads have been slow-going.
IMPORTANT APPEARANCE NOTE: as of the arena event, Usopp has a black 'DEFECTIVE' tattoo over his heart.
¬ EVENTS OF NOTE: A rooftop garden came into being atop the apartment complex, filled with various deadly man-eating plants alongside some plants providing fresh fruit and berries. The more dangerous plants began spreading throughout the building from the top down (at some point in January-February, they will have taken the building over entirely). The growth comes alongside some earthquake troubles. Usopp is apprehensive but not panicked re: the plants, since he's kind of used to dealing with that shit by now.
Sanji arrived freshly to Haven, from a canonpoint placing him two years in the past. He was understandably confused and angered by this and by the general Haven situation as it tends to stand.
Through some questioning over the network, Sanji became aware that Usopp's shiny 'DEFECTIVE' tattoo meant he'd died, and proceeded to confront him about it. A very manly and mature conversation was had, and they seemed to reach a moderate understanding on the subject, even if only temporarily.
there's not much of anything personal-development-wise for Usopp in this month outside of his second thread with Sanji, which happens when one hiatuses through the full four weeks.

There's a lot of general day-to-day discussion like that while things are quiet, and most notable is the arrival of Perona- one of Usopp's most memorable nemeses. His plan is to generally avoid her wrath tbh.
Then, as Haven does, things get weird and creepy. Foundations of enormous anger can be felt from an old school building, drawing people towards it to investigate. Unfortunately, most investigators suffered from one of three types of "possession". Emotional possession (feelings of great despair/anger/claustrophobia/desperation/etc., which Sanji suffered), regrets (being followed by an apparition of one's younger self, berating all of their mistakes and life choices, which Usopp suffered), and personal possession (for characters 14 and under, whose souls are evacuated from their bodies and replaced by the souls they would have in the future). People deal with it as best they can.
Ghosts of children call out from the school, demanding that those responsible for their fates (Yao Corp. members) be brought to them as sacrifices. Usopp's not really on board for it. Whatever the residents of the game do, it proves not to be enough. The ghost voices berate them for their poor performance and cause a massive earthquake, which destroys the apartment building (or a great deal of it). People handle it as best they can: helping remove people from the rubble, setting up clinics, and starting to discuss repairs/new housing.
